New Indigenous Era is teaming up with 18 reasons, a San Francisco-based, community centric, culinary program, to host a 5-week cooking series for youth 7+ and their family members.

Teen Night

Meet between 4:30 and 5 at 474 Valencia Ave
Join the New Indigenous Era team for NIE Teen Night! Teen night activities include but aren’t limited to bowling, mini-golfing, movie night, and other events across the city.
Age range: 12+
NIE providers transportation or chaperones youth on public transit to and from activities. Meet between 4:30 and 5 at 474 Valencia Ave.

Youth & Family Sweat Lodge
Young Women’s Sweat | Saturday, February 17, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Young Men’s Sweat | Saturday, February 24, 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
To have the most wholesome &fulfilling experience, please arrive between 8-8:30am.

We welcome youth and families to join our young women’s sweat on February 17th and the young men’s sweat on February 24th. For our relatives who self-identify as two-spirit, nonbinary or gender expansive, please participate in the lodge(s) you feel most comfortable with attending.
Wear your most comfortable, loose fitting clothes or ribbon skirts & shirts.
Lunch will be provided!
Covid tests will be made available for participants to test before entering the lodge
